Men's Ministry

The Men's Ministry of Calvary Chapel Reston Station provides men with the opportunity to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through teaching, fellowship and discipleship. Our goal is to equip and prepare men to be godly leaders and men of integrity in their homes, the church and in the community. When we, as men, assume the roles God has designed for us, we will be "salt and light" to the world, drawing others to Christ.  Email your questions

MEN'S FELLOWSHIP BREAKFAST - Typically, the Men's Fellowship Breakfast is on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the church for breakfast and a time of fellowship and discussion. Come out and encourage one another in the LORD.

WEEKLY MEN'S FELLOWSHIP MEETING - All interested men (ages 18 & older) are invited to come each week on Wednesdays for a fellowship meeting.  The location is typically at 107 N Ithaca Road in Sterling, Virginia, but sometimes it is held at the church.  Reference the church calendar for the location for a specific date.  A fellowship meal from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. is followed by a study from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Send Pastor Sean a confirmation if you plan to attend.

BIBLE STUDY‚Äč - We meet every Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm at the church.  We are reading the gospels aloud together and meditating on the truths the Scripture holds for us. This also allows us to consider how the gospels differ from one another in style, emphasis, and chronology. Contact Linda Garnier for more information. Sometimes there may be a break or cancellation of the study, so please refer to the calendar for an up-to-date schedule.   Use the button below to subscribe to receive updates on the current Bible study.

ALL THINGS CREATED - This ministry normally meets one or two Saturdays of most months, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., to gather together and make things with our hands to bless others and share the gospel.  There's always great fellowship while we do our projects.  View our past projects.  Check our calendar for the current schedule.  If you have any questions about All Things Created events, see Ginger Kelly or send an email.

If you would like to get involved, or if we can serve you in any way, please contact Linda Garnier at women@calvaryreston.org.

Martha's Kitchen

This ministry provides a unique opportunity for us to minister to those in the Body and in the local community (Galatians 6:10). We provide meals and assistance to individuals and families who have various needs. If you'd like to be on the distribution list to receive notifications when there are needs, send an email with your contact information.

Our Youth Ministry is for the kids, grades 7th-12th, of parents and care givers attending Calvary Chapel Reston Station. We also allow other kids to participate by referral from a member of the congregation, upon approval by the youth ministry leadership. It is our desire to come alongside parents and care givers in preparing the youth for the challenges and the issues they will face in today's world and to teach them how to stand firm in the Lord and His truth. Through this ministry, we strive to encourage the youth to grow deeper in their faith through study of the Bible, healthy Christian relationships, and joyful and challenging experiences.

Youth Ministry

REGULAR EVENTS - We have many events and gatherings through the year including an annual youth retreat, game nights and field trips, and Christmas and Graduation banquets. We also meet regularly at the following times:
Sunday Mornings: 10:00 a.m. (Jr High Bible Study).  The Junior High stays in the service during the praise service and then is dismissed to participate in their own bible study.
Friday Nights: During the school year, the Jr. & Sr. High Youth Groups meet separately two Friday nights a month at the Youth Leaders' homes for games, food, and fellowship.

Email for more information on the Youth Ministry.

Children's Ministry

We, at Calvary Chapel Reston Station, take the call to love and to teach your children seriously. Therefore, we make knowing Jesus and the Bible our focus when ministering to your children. Please contact us at children@calvaryreston.org.

NURSERY - Our nursery and toddler class provides a warm, nurturing and well supervised program for your child. The Nursery is open and available at every service.
A Nursing Mothers room is also available with the service broadcasted into the room.

SUNDAY SCHOOL - Our Sunday School Classes begin at the age of 2 and run through the 6th grade. Our objective every time your child steps into one of our classrooms is to teach them the Word of God, to lead them to Jesus and to invite them to have a personal & growing relationship with Him. Our curriculum (The Gospel Project Chronological by LifeWay) is designed so that by the time your children finish the 6th grade, they will have studied the entire Bible.

BE INVOLVED - Children's Ministry commitments rotate every three months: December-February; March-May; June-August; September-November. Email or see Pastor Sean or Lindsay Baldridge if you are interested serving as a teacher, aid, or substitute at any point during any of these rotations, or would like more information about Children's Ministry at CCRS.
